• Buyer's Inspections:  Purchasing a home can be the most exciting time in your life.  It can also be stressful and expensive.  Our partnership will allow you to make an informed decision about the property before buying and give you peace of mind.   

• Seller's Inspections:  Partner with me to help identify any potential repairs prior to listing your home.  A seller's inspection can help you counter during negotiations or allow you to make repairs in advance of listing.  I can also provide a Walk-N-Talk for a discounted price.  Call me today for more information.  

• 4 Point Inspection:  Do you simply need a quick snapshot of the key parts of the home?  A four-point inspection includes Roofing, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical.   

• Radon Testing:  We partner with Gas Passers to perform all of our Radon Measurement requests.  Gas Passers is a full-service radon measurement company.  They use continuous monitoring devices to perform hourly measurements of Radon gas over no less than a 48 hour time period. This is called a short-term measurement and can provide vital information about Radon levels in the property.  If the levels are high, then they can put you in contact with mitigation contractors who will help fix the problem.  They literally, pass your gas.  Gas Passers (wepassyourgas.com) 

What is Radon?  Radon is an odorless radioactive gas that is produced from decaying rock and soil.  Radon typically enters the home from small cracks in foundations, concrete and other holes in flooring.   Once inside the home it can become trapped and pose potential risks to occupants.  Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States.  The only way to know the radon level, is to get a test.
