I am incredibly thorough and have a high attention to detail. It's important for you to know the condition of the property and that it is safe and functional. Those are my goals when you hire me. I also want to provide you with exceptional customer service and ensure you see the added value of my work. Your realtor might ask you to consider waiving the inspection to close the deal. While I don't recommend that, I understand the current market. I highly recommend getting an inspection after you close to know how to prioritize any needed repairs and check for any safety issues. I would be happy to help! I also do Limited Scope Inspections at a lower rate. Call for more details.

My name is Craig Brown and I am a Certified & Licensed Professional Home Inspector (#275102) serving Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding counties. I am a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and adhere to stringent continuing education standards.
